Waste bin is stuck.. Cannot get it out

Watching the stuff disappear from my bin was almost magical now.

Well I got a wide bread knife and pushed it on the top of the tray and sawed it a bit and it broke the ink that was stopping the tray coming out.

So now I am fine for this problem but not my other post about the maintenance kit and floating plastic in it.
