We fixed it by using the Xerox Global print drivers and not the device specific driver.

Operating System: Windows Server 2012 x64

We are trying to get an ApeosPort C3570 in to Equitrac we have it embedded the jobs are arriving at the device but then delete when we try to release the jobs with an error code of 016-757.

We know that it sounds like an accounting error but we are not familiar with this particular model and think it might be a tick box somewhere.

Any suggestions gratefully received.
