Weird random smudges

Hi, sorry I thought I put it in the model section. Its Workcentre 7556. I tried swapping the drum but this still occurs, I'm gonna try changing the IBT cleaner. Will update you

Hi,

First of all you did not specified the type of the printer.

It looks like to be two issues: one from the magenta drum cartridge and another from the IBT cleaner.

And, please specify your printer model. It will be more easier to identify the defects and to advise you.

Hi,

I've been having weird smudges when printing, sometimes it disappears. Most of the time ot shows, tech supports couldn't figure out what the problem is so I was hoping to get some answers in this forum. Most of the time it was the Magenta, but as you can see in the other photo, this includes the Yellow and Cyan. Hope to here from you guys, TIA!
