Thank you for using the Support Forum. I see that no one has offered opinions on the printers.  A source you can look out is the customer reviews on the product pages for the printers and multifunction printers.  See the example below.

What are you all using?

Product Name: Other - specify product in post
Operating System: Windows 8.1

We're an SMB looking to standardize on desktop printers and I'd like to know what you all use in your environment.

What have you deployed the most? What printers will you stand by as reliable? What printers give you hell and need replacement parts all the time (looking at you Xerox WorkCentre 6605...)? Would love to know your thoughts.
