Good morning everyone!
I want your help to solve a doubt. One day I was printing some documents and
the black toner cartridge ran out. when i replaced it i noticed that the printer
had deleted the print job. I checked the job history and found that the printer
had deleted it and a message said "Deleted by closing".
I thought that the form would continue printing the document but it deleted it.
What is the cause of that? At what point does the printer delete print jobs by shutdown?
