Re: When I print a pdf it's not recognizing mixed size documents

Thank you. It appears to be an Adobe issue from what I can tell.

Re: When I print a pdf it's not recognizing mixed size documents

Hi patrickwilson82,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. If you are able to print the document from your PC and you are using the exact settings on the other PC and driver as you are on your PC and driver, then it seems like an issue with the other PC.  Please confirm again that all the page size and orientation setting are identical in the PDF document and the PCL6 driver.  If the issue continues please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Thanks,

When I print a pdf it's not recognizing mixed size documents

Product Name: Xerox D95/D110/D125 Copier/Printer
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

I have a user who is having an issue printing pdf's with mixed size documents. I'm not sure if this is a Xerox issue or an Adobe issue. But I installed the latest drivers on her PC, and also reinstalled Adobe. No dice. But I can print this from my PC with no issues. As you can see in the screenshot, the page ishown should be an 11x17 but instead it's being read as an 8.5x11. I already have the page size set to mixed, under properties. Does anyone have any ideas? I have already tried both PS and PCL 6 drivers. It prints just fine from my computer on PCL6.
