Please take a look at this article for the printer rebooting, or power cycles on and off.  If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-835-6100.

When I printing Xerox switching off

Product Name: WorkCentre 3335/3345
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hello Guys,

I have a problem with Xerox WorkCentre 3345. When I send a doc to print, the printer is switching off and then switching on without print this document.

What I should do? Is it a problem with software of printer or maybe Ethernet connection?

Please, give me a tip. I completely do not have an idea what happened.
