When printing from USB the code is not accepted and print job fails

Product Name: AltaLink B8045 / B8055 / B8065 / B8075 / B8090 Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Not Applicable

when I attempt to print from USB at the copier, it asks for the code, but when I enter it the job is deleted because of invalid codes were entered.
