Hi Douger, 

Thank you for using the Support Forum. We do not have any information on supplies shipping time frames.  I would suggest contacting supplies directly to check on the status.  Supplies Sales Representative  Mon. – Fri. 8am-7pm ET  1-800-822-2200.

Where are all the consumables?

Product Name: Xerox D95/D110/D125 Copier/Printer
Operating System: Not Specified

We have had contract consumable parts (fuser cleaning web, drum) on order since October with nothing arriving. Even our technician could not order any through his network.  When will backordered parts be available? It is getting close to machines shutting down for lack of parts.
