Thank you for using the Support Forum. You can print on 3x5 index cards.  They must be in Tray 1.  See the tray specification solutions.  Then you would need to create the custom size so that it will be available when you print.  If these solutions do not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Which Color Cube 8570 driver for Windows 8.1 will allow me to print on 3x5 index card stock

I have not been able to get my 8570 to print on 3x5 index card stock since December.  I've tried multiple drivers but the paper size is not listed.  The printer is installed on a Windows 8.1 machine.  I can't believe this size is not supported.  I can print on this size on my networked windows 7 machine but not the 8.1.

 

Any help would be appreciated, I've spent hours trying to figure this out
