White ghosting marks every few pages on Phaser 7751

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Hi, I'm wondering if anyone can help?

 

I have today bought a 7750 and it has a small white mark that appears intermittently. 

 

 This is the mark it is around 4mm

1 the mark.jpg

 

AS it appeared on the first print

 

2 cyan.jpg

 

 

 

On the second page magenta

 

3 magenta.jpg

 

3rd page yellow NO marks

 

4 yellow.jpg

 

4th page black

 

5 black.jpg

 

5th page with CMYK didn't have the mark.

 

6 cmyk.jpg

 

Any halp in solving this problem would be appreciated.
