Try to clean the Led Print Head's.

Hello DMarie 

I searched our online knowledge base and found that vertical lines can sometimes be caused by something on the lenses.  Please take a look at the instructions on how to clean the lenses here.

White vertical line in middle of page

Product Name: WorkCentre 6515
Operating System: Windows 10

Just purchased the Work Centre 6515 DNI and when I print or copy there is a vertical white line in the middle of the page that goes from the top to bottom.It is in the same location every sheet. . Looks like it skips the middle of the text all the way down the page.  I have not been able to print a full page.

Any help would be appreciated
