Thanks for the answer. I use this manual:

and still didn't work. Than I tried to enter the cd that came with the printer and I saw that there is optin to install the wi-fi drivers. I go with the installation and now I can print with wi-fi.

The probelm is that now I can't print with USB. I tried laptop and pc but in both of them I can't to print with the USB.

All printers need print drivers. While the PC or Mac operating systems contain some drivers, your best bet is to get the print driver from the manufacture support page. In this case it shoudl be https://www.support.xerox.com/en-us/product/workcentre-3215. 

Once the print driver is installed, the device should be able to be seen from your print dialog.

Hi

1. I connect my printer to the Wi-Fi. Why I connect the laptop to the same Wi-Fi and try to print, nothing happened. Did I need to install extra drivers or something else?

2. When I connect from the pc to the Wi-Fi and enter to the word and try to install, I don't see that the printer shown in the word.

3. I bought the printer in Israel. Before half year- year they install my Wi-Fi. I asked if to write how they did it, and if I can ask them after my 1 year warrnty will expire. They said that I can ask them after one year because the warrnty is on problems and not on technical support. They change company or something else and they won't respect what they promise. They say to me to call to other company. They want 100 NIS for the help.

My previous printer of brother cost me 200 NIS. Do you think that I need to pay half of the value of new laser printer for connect me to the Wi-Fi. If this will be the support in Isreal, this will be the last time that I will purchase from your company. I sent them email about this before 2 weeks and they never answer.
