Re: Wi-fi signal not detected

If you take its IP address (The Phasers) and put it in the address bar of your web browser, does it display the printers web page?

If it doesn't, you still haven't got it on the network. Which means of course no printing.

As to why it doesn't work, the issue is too hard to troubleshoot remotely by guessing, the new LAN could be set to something it doesn't support (Wireless AC only for instance), the printer could be set to DHCP and the LAN isn't giving it an IP address, you are typing the Passcode/pass phrase to access the LAN improperly, the router is too far away. And that is just off the top of my head.

Re: Wi-fi signal not detected

I was finally able to get the printer to detect the Wi-Fi however I can't get it to connect properly, print efforts return an error or printer off-line status.

Wi-fi signal not detected

Product Name: Phaser 6600
Operating System: Windows 10

I'm trying to reinstall our printer (Phaser 6600) on a new network and it can't locate the wi-fi signal. Does this mean the wi-fi adapter needs to be replaced?
