Thank you for using the Support Forum. Sounds like you need to start from the beginning, you may also have had the printer shared to the other users from your PC.  Take a look at the solution for installing the printer and driver, make sure you look at the information for Wi-Fi in the solution. Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance if this does not help.

WiFi Issues

Product Name: WorkCentre 6027
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Been haveing recurring WiFi issues. Here is the latest chapter: I just had a hard drive failure, so I had to reinstall everything on my PC, including the 6027 printer drivers. The PC is on the network and so is the printer. Before I had two printer entries under my PC's Printers and Scanners section: Workcentre 6027 and Workcentre 6027 PCL 6. Now I just have the PCL 6, which it always shows as having a status of offline. I can print via USB but not via WiFi, and the other PCs that used to be able to print via WiFi now have the same issue. When I look at the printer on my PC it is associated with the USB001 virtual printer port.
