Serial # of the wide format is 596215.

Hmmmm still not working properly even with the margins set to zero. Seems I have to pick Arch E paper for every job just to get it to print at 100%. Most of our plans our printed on Arch D size so it ends up being alot of waste. The first print job went fine but after that everything needs to be set to Arch E :smileyindifferent:
I've been asked to have you try this...
We're going to change some settings in your driver.
Now try printing the file. If it does not come out correct or only works on the first job again, then you'll have to place a service call and have a Xerox Tech come out to look at your machine. We think that this should resolve the issue though.
