Hello MLB15,

Please review the steps for installing printer for wireless connection to be sure nothing was missed. If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-835-6100.

Wifi “Not Ready”

Product Name: WorkCentre 6027
Operating System: Not Specified
Printer says no reception for wifi. We entered the password for or network to see if that was the issue and it gives us the message “Wifi is not ready.” All other devices in our home are connected to the wifi without issue, so it’s not a router problem.
