Re: Wifi connection not working - (X mark next to wifi icon)

Hello pxfragonard,

The URL may not work because it is giving the US URL for a FujiXerox Product. You may need to go to the Support page for your country and search for How to connect to Wifi in the search field for your device model.

Thanks,

Re: Wifi connection not working - (X mark next to wifi icon)

Hi Cathy0-Xerox
I have the same problem but when I clicked your link it didn't lead to a solution. Just a generic "Search All Support.

My wifi stopped working months ago and can't use it wirelessly on my desktop and not at all with my laptop.

Hello Printfull,

I searched our online Knowledgebase and found this solution on setting up Wifi that may help get you reconnected.

Wifi connection not working - (X mark next to wifi icon)

Product Name: Other - specify product in post
Operating System: Windows 10

Hi everyone,

so for a year or so, my printer has been working normally with my router but one day it randomly disconnected. When I try to connect my printer to my router through WPS again, they don't connect for some reason. I've noticed that this time around, there is a cross or an X, next to the wifi symbol on the printer. Could that be the cause? I don't know how to get rid of it, so please help. Thanks :)

And here's a photo of the symbol -20200825_171441.jpg
