Hi STEM-Couch11,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the suggested solutions for unable to print from the usb. The first solution, making sure you are using the V3 drivers is where I would suggest you start.  It might help to uninstall the drivers and then follow the instructions for installing the printer and drivers using the UBS connection.  If none of this help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Will not Print or prints hours later????

Product Name: Phaser 6510
Operating System: Windows 10

Brand new Phaser 6510DN.....I do not have acess to the internet so I connected with a USB just as i have all my printers. I did the install, set up everything prints the test pages and report pages fine. But when i try to print a docment from Excel, Word, or PDF the printer led begins to flash and led screen on printer says processing data and the wait begins. The printer either does not print or 1-4 hours later it will just up and print. i'm at wits end over this. I'm not printing anything hard, just typed text. swapped laptops and does not print with it either.

I have made sure the printer and computer have the same paper settings and everything matching, still same result....I also purchased a new printer cable, unistalled and re-installed software also.......Help I'm at wits end, could it have an internal problem that came to me not working.....
