I see no one has responded to this post yet.So,at this point I would recommend contacting your local Xerox Support Department to speak with a Product Specialist for more assistance. Your printers should be covered under a warranty if they were just purchased. Please call 1-800-821-2797or1-800-835-6100.

I just bought and installed two 6515's trusting that the Xerox brand would represent a level of quality that i would not have to research. I was badly disappointed. Both machines will not feed from the main tray. They both worked fine for about 10-15 prints, but now, paper jam every time. When you slide out a tray, you find the top page has advanced about 2-3 inches before it shuts down and gives a paper jam alarm.
My old Dell that these printers will replace never jammed on this same paper. So, while I understand the issues with paper,static, grain orientation, etc., this printer just doesn't do the job. If there is any fix out there for this issue, I would love to hear about it, otherwise, these bad boys are going back,
