what about another Apps ? like Microsoft Apps ! Is it printing fine or not ?

just in case you used the wrong driver install this one for windows 7 x64

 

and apply theses settings on it

Will not print PDF

Product Name: WorkCentre 7830/7835/7845/7855
Operating System: Windows 7

The printer worked fine until yesterday.  I have removed and reloaded drivers and printer on the desktop 2 times.  It will print a test page and then when I print from PDF it does not allow/show it sees the printer and sits in que.  I adjusted the preferences like I had before and the printer reads it and I can log into the printer from a webbrowser and all shows OK.  Before the first time of removing the printer it stated that there was no paper when all 4 trays are full.  Suggestions?
