I see no one has responded to this post yet. So, at this point I would recommend contacting your local Xerox Support Department to speak with a Software Specialist for more assistance with setting up the devices on Window 11. Please call 1-800-821-2797.

Win 11 laptop will Not print

Product Name: WorkCentre 6515
Operating System: Windows 11
Hey all, right this is the worst printer I have had the misfortune to ever have.

I bought a 6515 (two weeks ago) to replace my gold office HP workstation.

It’s hardwares on the office network with.a standard 192.168.*.* address

We have 6 desktops and 6 laptops all on the same network, so nothing special just an office network.

None of the laptops can print, 3 of the desktops can’t not print.. now before someone says “Wi-Fi” issue, don’t. They all have Raj45 cables via docking stations.

What is with Xero crap software? Why will it not just install a driver that works.

Any ideas before I have to set fire to this pile of junk?
