Many users are facing problem after updating to Windows 10 and even after the anniversary update. So, it is recommended to check for the drivers. Hope that this might be causing the issue.

Unless MS has broken it again, the issue is resolved, that KB article fixed the issue, so read it again and make sure no steps were skipped.

Hi,

i found this KB https://support.microsoft.com/en-in/kb/3201130

and tested it yesterday on my 2008 R2 Server, but i my case it doesn´t solve the problem.

i connected a printer to a client with other printers installed, and tested it with a new installed pc Win10 1607.
