Driver development appears to have stopped. See here for a possible workaround.

Windows 10 driver for documate 25

Hi support,

 

I have a documate 252 that has been working great for years. I just got a new laptop with windows 10 and it says that the driver for documate 252 is installed and working. However the one touch software doesn't turn on when I plugin the scanner's usb cable into the laptop. At this point the scanner is useless.

 

Please help.
