We have several Plotters on site (8825 and 510) that have been having an issue with printing TIFF files from Spicer Imagenation. It has been an issue ever since we upgraded our Server to 2008 R2 x64. The print job will go thru the queue and show up on the access controller as completed, but nothing will print. The file size on the access controller is really small when it shows up completed. For example, it shows File Size 1425. This is when we noticed it fails to print. No messages from the printer or anything. This is happening on our Windows XP / Windows 7 x64 Clients. They will print anything else but they seem to struggle with TIFF files. We have about 15 Plotters having this issue, so any help would be greatly appreciated. We are currently using the Xerox 510 Series Wide Format with FreeFlow Access Driver Version 220.127.116.11 for our 8825 / 510 plotters.
