have you tried installing the new global drivers instead of the 7760 ones?
give the global a try, also be sure to specify the correct model in the configuration tab of the driver after the installation finishes
New computer, running Windows 7 x64. Our support folks loaded the latest 7760 drivers from Xerox.com, but it only prints in monochrome. Yes, the "print in color" box is checked. Printer puts glorious color onto pages from all other machines. Any ideas as to what might be amiss?
