I'm having a similar problem as listed in this forum but with a XEROX Phaser 8560 dn. I'm unable to locate the proper PostScript 64 driver on the driver download/support site. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Had a long session with Tech Support, installing and removing drivers. Ultimately was shown that the universal driver, which could not be removed, was grabbing the print jobs. Removed printer, reinstalled with PostScript 64 driver, now prints in Color. Had two experts stymied for a while, not something glaringly obvious.
New computer, running Windows 7 x64. Our support folks loaded the latest 7760 drivers from Xerox.com, but it only prints in monochrome. Yes, the "print in color" box is checked. Printer puts glorious color onto pages from all other machines. Any ideas as to what might be amiss?
