He has a Phaser 3020, not even close to those printers with the link...

Wireless error - Setup failed to bring WLAN data from the selected printer

Product Name: Phaser 3020
Operating System: Windows 10

I am succefully using Phaser 3020 printer for year or two - thrugh USB cable only. When i try to configure a wireless connection, I am getting a message syas: Setup failed to bring WLAN data from the selected printer. this message pops up at the beginning of the wizard process, after the visuals showing the computer tries to connect to the printer to collect information.

As much as I remember, I've got the same result when the PC was running win 7.

Any ideas?
