I searched our online knowledge base and found this article  Print in Black and White (Run Black) for you to take a look at, in case something was missed.  If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797.

Won't print in greyscale

Product Name: Xerox C235 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

My c235 color cartidges have run out. Black is brand new. I have tried every setting and option, switched everything to black and white or greyscle both on the computer and the printer. When I print, only blank pages come out. Will the c235 not print if the color is out?
