I have a Phaser 6500DN running on a MacOS.
Recently replaced the Magenta cartridge with a new Xerox cartridge and the printer will not print anything red. anything red prints our in a dirty yellow color. Looks like it's feeding (I see red on the sponge at the end of the cartridge - also took the cartridge out and I was able to get some to spill out by gently pushing the plunger in).
Took all of the print hardware out and all is clean except for a little around the feed tubes.
Need suggestions on what might be happening and how to fix it.
