Thank you for using the Support Forum. Make sure that the settings are set correctly in the Word document and in the driver.  Also make sure the paper size and type is set up properly for each tray.  If you have not already resolved this issue, we suggest you search our online knowledgebase for this product: AltaLink C8030 / C8035 / C8045 / C8055 / C8070 Color Multifunction Printer.

Word first print dont apply tray settings.

Product Name: AltaLink C8030 / C8035 / C8045 / C8055 / C8070 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows Server 2012 x64

Hello,

Our users are working on RDS (windows 2012 r2). When they print from word, the first print never takes into account the tray settings chosen in the word layout tab. When we print the documents again the tray settings are correct. (First page tray 3 and the rest tray 4).

I could not find a solution to this problem and I would need your help.
