Thank you for using the Support Forum. If the machine and cartridges were originally from Israel then any replacement cartridges will have to be from the same region. Please make sure you are ordering cartridges with the same part number as the original one. Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Work Center 6015N fails to work with new and old cartridge

I have Work Center 6015N printer bought in Israel for about 2 years. I was using it with the toners that came with it. Then I have purchased one original black toner with the chip in Israel and replace the old black one, and it was working ok. Now I am in Spain and order original Xerox toners for 6015 form amazon.es and started with the cyan toner replacement. The printer gives 092-962 error : Reseat Cyan Cartridge. Nothing helps to avoid that. In case, I return the old cyan cartridge (that came with the printer) - I get 093-972 error: Insert Cyan Cartridge. Until now nothing helps to make the printer work again, not with the old toners and not with the new ones.
