Have your IT guy install the missing software.
Xerox.com has all the drivers and software available to download for all supported OS's, And it was supplied on a CD when the product was purchased.
Assuming you are running Windows and x86 just grab and install, then run this
I have a Work Centre 3325 I usually use Scan to Computer through my network and whatever I scan will go to my computer in the format I requested. Yestersday when I attempted to do it it says it's Not Available. I disconnect all the wires and reconnected them and it still doesn't work.
My IT guy says I'm missing a program called Image Retrival but I cannot find it. I wanted to know if someone knew what I could do to fix this problem?
