Work Centre 7220 unable to print from USB

We also have noticed some banding on some of the images printed out from the Printer, but assume it is to do with the resolution being lower than that of our 7830i.

Yes, PostScript is an option on the 7225, no idea on cost, you would need to contact sales

Thank you for the prompt reply - disabling and re-enabling did the trick!

Could I ask, it will not print PDF files from the USB stick as it states the Post Script option is not enabled... is this an additional option you have to purchase?

Assuming Print from USB is still enabled, disable it, then re-enable it here

Properties > Services > Print From > Print from USB

And also make sure nobody set the USB connection mode here

Properties > Connectivity > Setup > USB Connection Mode > Edit

Hello

We seem to be having an issue whereby we are unable to print anything from the Front USB port on the Xerox Work Centre 7220.

We can scan to USB without any problem, and the file is saved to the USB stick. 

The print from USB doesn't display the contents of the USB stick even though it has PDF and JPEGS on the stick as I scanned a page to the USB stick from the 7220 which is saved on the USB drive. Instead, for some reason, when you select 'print from usb' the screen displays a 'Saved Jobs - Default Public Folder' screen. 

Any advice appreciated.
