Work Centre 7545 Automatically Switching trays while printing

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the solution for auto tray selection.  Also make sure that you have auto select chosen in the software you are printing from if the option is available. For example these are the instructions for Microsoft Word.   If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

I personally do not know of a way to do this. On small, desktop laserjet printers, yes, but not on these big Xerox machines. All three of our machines have a large capacity drawer, which in the case of 20lb offset paper will hold close to 2,000 sheets. That may be the way for you to go; get yourself a high capacity tray. I have no idea if the 7545 has that option, but maybe you could look it up here on Xerox's site.

We do hugh print jobs atleast twice a month and it is ver tedious to have to get up and refill the paper tray every 5 minutes. Is there anyway to set the machine to automatically switch trays when printing in large volumes. Im sorry if this sound like an elementary question. I have just begun to use the machine and have not had time to figure it out
