Your response is greatly appreciated, however i am in Tanzania, and i cant find a technician in this country, can you please guide me on how to do the software reload
Usually it will need a software reload to fix it.
Now i have another problem with my printer, it says network controller not available, ive tried disonnecting the power and even opened up the network controller and cleaned it, still nothing, when i try and login as administrator it says file not found.
I can do the 6789 code but it freezes when i try to reboot the network controller.
Im going crazy someone please help
