WorkCenter 6505 Doesn't recognize printer tray

Thanks  Kathy-   i did  finally  find  a place in the  driver i could  set the papersource.  If i changed it  from auto  to  tray one it  solved the issue.

Strange as its  been working fine on auto for  the  6  years ive owneed it.  Bit im  back in business any way

Hello Steve,

I found this article. Also, please make sure the paper in the tray matches EXACTLY to the paper in the print menu. Size, type, and orientation need to match EXACTLY.

Hi  my  Xerox6505 suddenly doesnt  seem  to  recognize  the  printer  tray.  When i send it  a print   job i get  the  message "load manual feed slot".  This  does work.

I dont  see  any place in the printer  driver  to  select the  paper  source.  Ive  reinstalled  the  driver but  that  didnt  seem  to  do  the  trick.

Any thoughts  as  to how  i  could  trouble  shoot this issue?
