WorkCenter 7225 Color Quality

I just realizied that with the HP printer the colors match the screen colors, with the Zerox they do not. The Quality of the Zerox is so much beter I realy want to get the colors corect

We have added a Xerox Workcenter 7225 to the printers I can choose. Previously my color choice was a HP5220 Series PCL6. The Catalog I produce has correct color on the HP. But the Text and Picture Quality is by a large margin better on the 7225. All text and pictures on the 7225 have a slight "red" tint on the 7225. The Catalog is printed from the Booklet tab in InDesign. Why is there a difference between printers and How do I get the Xerox 7225 to print the corect colors.
