Xerox does not officially support users on this forum, I'm here "between calls" as it were in order to help out, so the RiD, or Serial number or Log number is not needed in any way.
I have a 7120 next to a 7225 and I get the same on both printers, but I do so with the settings changed like shown above.
That said, if copies are the same then native pdf should be too, since all color is handled the same way when you take out the application and driver layer, so assuming both have the PS kit, print a pdf via CWIS and see if they come out the same. If they do, you need to look at submission level.
Installed PS option and customer is satisfied with print quality now
