Hi Dig,
Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please make sure you have turned off the banner sheet on the control panel, in Centreware internet services and the driver. If the banner still prints also make sure there is not a setting in the software you are using for printing a banner sheet if there is disable it. If none of this helps please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
I have had this machine for several months with no problems. Over the long weekend we turned everything off and when we came back today it has been driving me crazy.
I have a certain type of paper on tray 4 for a particular print job. On Friday I printed numerous copies from this tray with no problems at all.
Now it keeps trying to pull from empty trays. It refused to pull from tray 4. When ever I send the same file to print it wants to pull from any tray but tray 4.
Even in the driver I set tray 4 and when I go back to the machine it says it can't print the job because tray 3 and tray 5 don't have paper in them.
What the heck is going on???? I deleted the driver and reinstalled it but nothing is working.
I have a windows 7 system and am printing from Publisher. But this is the exact same system that I printed perfectly on Friday. Nothing has changed,
Any help appreciated as I am way behind on a deadline.
Thank you
OK OK OK I found the problem!!! The printer was trying to print the banner from tray 3. So even though I was telling it to print from tray 4 it was trying to pull a page from 3 first to print the banner. The funny thing is I went into the control panel and told it to NOT print the banner but it keeps right on printing it. Now I have to find out why I can turn the banner off
Any help with this will be aprreciated
