Thanks Joe, I actually changed the protocol to IPP and it works. Really weird becasue the others work on HP Direct.

Depends on where it gets rejected.

Since the driver is the same one for all of them, you can discount the driver.

Since it appears to be one PC/Mac, you can discount the device itself.

Which leaves the port, so remove the printer, and reinstall, but choose the port manually, and use LPD.

So don't pick from the list

Add it using the manual option under IP

I have a mac that is having issues with our 7835. Every print job I send is rejected, however I can send the same print job to any of our other 78 series machines with no issue. We have 2 - 7855 and 2 - 8845. Any ideas?
