The 3025 has no duplex (2-sided) feature, you have to manually duplex (print the first side and load back in the tray upside down to print on the other as a separate job)

If you have already tried to delete and reinstall the driver, then I suggest that you call in the support department @ 1-800-835-6100 to speak with a software specialist to see why the duplex options is not available.

Hi. we have just installed workcentre 3025, that is connected to account program located on server in cloud. Cloud servis works on Windows Server 2019.

For some reason, printer does not print both-sided. There is no even option for setting both-sides printing in Setting at all.

We used driver V4XPS_XEROX_WORKCENTRE_3025_V11.exe for printer.

Is it wrong driver or how to fix this please ? Could you please avise ?
