I have a problem with printing.


I have my printer connected to a laptop and I'm trying to print a document. In Word I always clicked on print and ... nothing happened. The document was queued for printing. I tried again and again and had the same result.


I don't understand what's wrong. I have both drivers installed (from site) and I had them running. I noticed that when I was in the printing program, it was written that the printer was missing paper (could it be the problem? and if so, how to remove it), but the paper was not missing.

 

I 100% know there is no problem with the printer, but there is a problem either in me or in the settings. The printer has already printed and copied, even without drivers.
