(WorkCentre 3045) 024-962 no paper error after solving paper jam

Hello,

 

I had paper Jam in the WorkCentre 3045. I opened the back of the printer and removed the jam as indicated on the printer. 

Printer seems to be fine but when trying to print now I get a 024-962 messagge. 

I tried with turning the printer off and on again, but no luck. Pleae help on solving this issue.

Hi, rodrigo21!

 

The fault code 024-962 indicates a paper size mismatch in the tray.

Check that the correct paper is in the paper tray. Change, or load the paper if needed.

Restart the printer.

If that does not help it could be the sensors, MCU board or the IP board.

Hi Kimzi,

 

I did load the papaer and restart the printer several times, but error keeps on coming.

What can I do about the sensors?

I would suggest an engineer, as you might need to check the connectors and / or replace a few parts.
