How can i do that switching from smb to ftp?
i have mac osx 10.9
Hi All,
Thank you for using the Xerox forum.
I would suggest that you review the following which is a matrix of the Mac OS compatability.
As you would expect there are many devices that are not in production and need to have updated drivers tested and validated.
This document should be update regularly Compatibility with Windows and Mac OS X
If that does not resolve your issue you may consider contacting our specific product support experts through your local service team:
If you are outside the USA you should contact the local support center in your area which you can find here:
http://www.xerox.com/about-xerox/contact-us/enus.html
I also can't scan with my Xerox WC3119 and still waiting for drivers. Are therу any knews? Should I move my printer/scanner to trash or there are plans for developing these drivers?
Will there be any drivers for osx Mavericks for this model or going to buy a new printer (of course not Xerox)?...
If you need a driver, the 10.8 driver *should* work fine, typically there are issues with Accounting in 10.9 when using a 10.8 driver but most works with most devices. If your issue is actually with scanning, then try switching from SMB to FTP as Apple did not implement a standardized SMB protocol as expected.
Attention All MAC Users:
Please refer to the new Compatibility Matrix for information regarding Mac OS 10.9 / Mavericks drivers for your Xerox devices..
Please note some drivers are not available at this time, but should be available soon. Please keep checking back regularly.
Hi bnorbi,
Thank you for using the Support Forum. At this time there is not a driver available for 10.9 Mavericks. Please check back on the drivers and download page for your machine periodically. Alternately please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
My scanner stopped working after upgrade to Mac osx 10.9 Mavericks.
Currently there is no driver here:
Is there any driver for it?
