Thank you for using the Support Forum. If this is happening on everything you print including internal reports then it could be the machine. If the reports are fine then please take a look at this solution for faded or spotty prints. If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
My printouts are faded and spotty.
Clicking on the "Supplies" button under the "Status" tab shows a level of 48% remaining.
The cartridge was installed November of 2011 and it is a genuine Xerox high-capacity cartridge (UAG538968)
I have removed the cartridge and rotated side to side and back and forth to no avail.
I am hoping there is an incorrect setting or adjustment I can make other than purchasing a new cartridge with 48% remaining on the current cartridge.
