sounds like you have a faulty drum cartdridge 

could you share a clear picture for the print out ?

Product Name: WorkCentre 3215
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

WorkCentre 3215 printing faded gray, other areas are black. Drum is 4500 pages and cartridge is 70%.  The printer is printing stuff thaty is half un-readable but the consumables are not old or used up.  I need to print and have tried everything help me!!!
