I have a Xerox WorkCentre 3215 that does not connect to my wifi network anymore.
I recently changed my router, but I have used the same SSID as the old wifi network and it is still 2.4 Ghz.
I have tried to use the Wifi Wizard and the Custom Wifi Setup (from the WorkCentre 3215 using the printer's setup) to connect to Wi-Fi to no avail. The Wifi (blue) light will flash for a few minutes and after a short while the display will go from "Connecting" to "Disconnecting".
I have also tried the EasyWiFi setup by connecting my Laptop to the printer using a USB cable to connect to wifi. And this did not work either. The following error is displayed after I attempt to use EasyWiFi Setup.
