I agree with you #francescoparisi; I advise you to find another option.
Same problem here. Followed all as described above. Update firmware to 2021 version. Nothing to do also placing the printer near the access point. I also tried to change encryption, open the newtork...nothing to do....poor quality support...It was a bad choice to get this printer and I don't recommend to anyone :(
When setting DHCP, you don't want AutoIP checked unless direct connecting via Crossover cable between printer and PC.
Your manually assigned info looks correct, but I can't know that 192.168.1.15 isn't already in use, and don't know if your router allows for Static IP assignment (ATT U-verse doesn't for example)
It may also be in the Encryption, what exactly does the router run for it? The 3225 supports WPA2 Personal and Enterprise, is your router running that or something else?
Hey Joe! Thanks a lot for your quick reply! Signal strength and security seem to be ok - I'm trying the same password as I use to connect my PC or cellphone as well.

I tried to change my machine IP mannually, like below. But all that happens is that I then can't access my printer anymore and have to reset the network configurations in the printer...
When I hit the ipconfig on cmd it shows the same info, as if I hadn't changed anything.
Any tips on where I could find some answer?
Thanks again!
Signal strength and Security would be good guesses at where to start, you didn't show any of those, which could have been seen here.
And the printers IP address shows in your screenshot as being 169.254.235.87, and anything starting with a 169.254 address means a DHCP failure, so even the wired connection from your screenshots is not working right.
If you are any good at networking then assign an IP,subnet and gateway to the printer manually, then connect wireless.
I've been having trouble connecting my WorkCentre 3225 to my wifi network. I go through the wifi wizard (both the Easy Wireless Setup and the wizard on Internet Services) and it cannot connect to the network, eventhough all my other stuff connect normally. Any thoughts?
