Not sure where your driver comes from but I used the 3.12.38.03:10 from Xerox.com and it didn't do what yours is doing.

I also tried the V4 driver (3.03.13.02:11) in conjunction with the Xerox print experience app and it worked from Word 2013.

In all cases I used the driver to make the change to copies amount, not the applications.

Hi Everyone!

We have bought recently a new WC 3225, but we have a little problem. We can not print multiple copies, the printer simply print only one.

I googled around for an answer, but not any luck yet. I tried the following:

- Updated the printer driver to the latest. (V3.9.520.6.0)

- In the special settings I set to print directly to the printer

- There is no mopier in the device settings...

- I tried to run word as admin.

However, there is something: if i set to uncollate the pages, everything is fine. The only problem is, that you can not set this as default. It is not the worlds end, but a little bit frustraiting.

My operating system is windows 10, and I tried in Word 2016 and Nitro PDF 10.

I look forward for any kind of advice.
